Hi PAlady:

For some reason your posts are getting left out of any threads that I read, it is the weirdest thing - I can read people's answers to your posts so I know you've written something, but they are just left out of the thread completely.  Since I am new to this site, could I have hit key that is causing this to happen?

I want to be able to read what you have to say because I think you give some really good, sound advice to all of us, and I want to be able to write a reply to you if I think there is anything I can say that may be helpful to you.

Thanx for any help you can give me.

Hi, Lorie,
I'm no expert on this computer tech stuff, but the only thing I can think of is maybe you accidentally hit the "ignore" key, which I think is one of the icons in the upper right hand corner of our posts.

I THINK (I'm definitey not sure!!) if you go to where is says "control panel" there there's a place where if you're put someone on "ignore' you can just click and take them off. There might also be additional info. in the "help" menu.

If not, e-mail one of the moderators (Chutz or Lindaloo) and hopefully they can help.

Hey, I sure hope you can read this!!! Maybe someone else can copy my response and put in another response to Lorie? Or help her out with more specific answers!

Thanks!

PaLady
p.s. thanks for the compliment!

Upper right, the red image that is a 'thumbs down' hand, is 'ignore' and the other post explains how to manage all ignored users.

Hi Lindaloo,

I can't even see PALady's posts to undo the "thumbs down" hand - I really am new to this, so I feel like a total clutz! Please help.

Bluejet,

I have sent an admin alert to Peter, the administrator. Don't worry, he will correct your problem. Just give him some time, OK? Sorry for the inconvenience.

Linda:

You have nothing to be sorry for, I'm the clutz! Thank you for your time and your help, it is very much appreciated. Thank you to Peter too, please tell him not to rush, I'm sure he has much more important things to take care of than correcting my clumsiness!

It sounds like they may have hit the ignore button (thumbs down icon) on this member. You can edit this by going to your Control Panel link in the top left corner, then click on the "Edit Ignored Users" tab.

OK bluejet, I went to my control panel and saw the edit button. Did you find yours?? Were you able to edit the ignore user function on PaLady? Please let me know if it is straightened out. Don't feel bad if you are still confused. I will help you if you are. Just got to let me know, OK?

Good luck.
