I would like to use a pain journal before having the pain pump put in.
In a post, PaLady said you might have one.
I'd appreciate it. Maybe some others too.

I started a link about pain journals in the pasts, plus I said it should be posted in resources as almost everyone asks
about them...but for heck if I can't remeber the websites everyone gave me...Sorry Pamela...
(((((((((((((((((((Pamela)))))))))))))))))))))))
There is a site I go to that has a pain tracker which is like a journal
www.medhelp.com
try there, might help...

Oh so there is a specific journal that you use??
I have just bought books and wrote in them each day. \
I don't know what I would have done without them the other day.
I had a call from the nurse at the hosp. where I am going on Wed. to see a pain and orofacial pain dr.
I would have never been able to answer all her questions without all my diaries!!!!!
Someone could write a book about this journey I've been on!!!

Have you ever been in too much pain to write in your pain journal? How do you get around that???

Rhonda,

I get in so much pain I almost can't record my pills. That is dangerous. I manage to
be careful but it's difficult.

I'm very happy to have the choice of journals. After Easter I start.

This is the one I use:
painfoundation.org/page.asp?file=Publications/Target.htm
I think it may be the one that Chutzie uses as well, as I believe I initially got the link from HW. I love the graph feature of it. That is really the only thing page I use, as the other page doesn't really apply to me due to the location/nature of my pain.

Pamela,
Did you finally decide to try out the pain pump? I know you have been considering it for a while.
