Since it's spring I'm in a mood to redo things inside my house. Throwing out stuff I don't need is very therapeutic!..lol But what really makes me feel great is to repaint a room. So, as soon as I'm done with my living room I’m bringing a crew over to repaint your favorite room in your house/appartment? Which room and what color would you like?

I have several rooms that need to be repainted so we can sell the house, so it will have to be a nice neutral off white, and two bedrooms a bathroom and the living room all the other rooms are pretty good!

Talking about houses, I need to get enough energy and have a rummage sale to clean out my house, before I get lost in it.

Oh, I have just the room, my daughters old room that I turned into a workout room.  I painted it pre surgery a color that was supposed to be a soft peach (I wanted it lively but subtle)...hahahaha it turned out pumpkin orange, I rushed back to Home Depot and the wonderful paint dept man told me to white wash it, it turned out to be a rustic salmon....its pretty but too bold!  My husband hates to paint and I can't so....I appreciate your crew...I would like a warm neutral beige with crown molding in white!

Thank you so much, I'll be waiting!

OK, I first have to have a rummage sale, like cshelp, or you'll never be able to get the crew in! LOL

But since White Beard asked for more than one room, I'm going to be greedy, too! Can I have a crew first to remodel the bathroom - and it needs remodel big time - plus put in a jacuzzi, and THEN send the painters. Let's see, I'm thinking of some combination of pastel blues and greens (the shades have to be just right, I know!!).

And as long as the crew is here, my bedroom wallpaper is soooo old - I'd love it painted sage green! You can use some of the leftover paint from auntkay! See, I'm so frugal! smilewinkgrin

Yuppers...I'm in with PA lady...I want my bathroom remodeled...have the shower made bigger, tiled (some sort of 18" slate or marble...but in the neutral green/tan tones) and put a seat and bars that look tastful and easy to clean.
I know I'm real luck to have a big bathroom already...I do have the jacuzzi tub (only 6 jets though), but it can be so hard to clean it out...
Need the "Design to Sell" team here. They can add paint and make it look quite nice and I tend to like the more sedate colors better...me no likey so much the bold...I enjoy the tranquility

I just redid my room at home last winter. I tore off all the old wallpaper that had been there for some 50 years, and painted the entire room light green & highlighted the ceiling. Then I restained all of the wood in my room & we tore out the old, digusting carpet, and put in a fake hardwood floor, which I LOVE. I wish we could have it everywhere in the house, instead of carpet, but even though it is fake, it still isn't cheap. The only reason we could afford to do it in my room, is because my room is TINY. Honestly, it's about the size of a horse box stall, or a foaling stall at most. The room looks fantastic, I absolutely love it!
Our bathrooms really need work, they'd be what I'd tackle next!
