Hey LL, the supplement Jake is on for his arthritis is Glucosamine DM with MSN. Oh, that little boy is still running and still looks like Fred Flintstone in his car. Little feet flying but not getting anywhere, slick floors. lol. He has started running up the stairs here in the house, he looks so funny when he runs, sure been a long time since the little guy has felt like doing that. Please get some for your pooch, makes a huge difference, at least it did with Jake.

Thank you for posting.  Elmer is allergic to Flea saliva and we started in one 2 bendryl 2 x a day and 1 asprin 2 x a day.  I also have 4 lotions I mix for his back.  I've been doing this for the last 2 weeks and he is already showing improvement on this illness.

I went to the pharmacy and looked at what you give Jake.  Boy is that stuff cost $$$$$, I will be picking him up some on Friday.  Since we started his treatments for the allergic reactions have settled and he is starting to play with his sticks and running more.  With the weather being so mild right now his joints don't seem to hurt to much.  We will start the treatments that you use so that its in effect when the weather changes.

Yesterday I had to take the dogs out before the storm got to bad and Elmer is just like yours he loves the rain, mud and puddles.  Boy it was not fun bathing lastnight.  We bath him once a week for his condition with special conditioners to keep his skin from drying out.  But we had already bathed him on Thursday...lol  So he got another one....

I got mine at the groomers for Jake, this is formulated for dogs, not what you get at the drug store, lol. Go to Pets Mart and check it online to a place like PetMeds. I paid I think about $20.00 for Jakes big bottle. Also, it is listed on the bottle how much to give, its weight based. Sorry for the confusion. I think you can even order from PetMart too come to think of it. Susie

Thank you

We live in a small town but if you can believe it we have two large Pet stores here.

Last week we added a new family member.  A little kitten named Purdy.  So far thats her name but it could change while her personality enhances.

At walmart some young girls were giving away kittens.  I was looking for a toy doggie for my doctor said they were very theraputic for people with CP.  A lap dag.  My boston terrier is just so busy all the time she can't sit still.  But when we saw the kittens my 16 yr old daughter went nuts.  I really don't care for cats, we haven't had one in over 8 yrs.  So of course to make all the others happy for they LOVE cats I went ahead and brought it home.

She fits in so well and even keeps the dogs in line that its not so bad.
