Please join in our Koffee Klatch whether you are a newbie (whom we love and use the term lovingly) or an old timer and already know the routine. We deserve a small portion of our day where we concentrate on the fun side of life...some laughter and happy thoughts.

So for this week we're doing a 'fill in the blank' series. Hopefully it will be fun. The first one:

One thing I love about my family is _________________

Hmmm, that can be a bit touchy but I know we can all find things we love about our families. I think for me it's that if I truly need something they are there for me. I rarely put out "the call" but if I do I know the kids and my 'extra' kids will be right there to help me and each other. For me their helping each other is especially important and makes my heart happy.

What thing do you love about YOUR family?

One thing I love about my family is they know me very well and they still put up with me. Besides that they are very supportive.

One thing I love about my family is that there is never a dull moment! Always something going on from day to day. Also, they love me for who I am and are always there for me. For that, I am grateful.

Believe in yourself.  Be kind to fellow humans and animals.  Take time to smell the flowers and the coffee.
And by all means, when you are down, ask me for help.  I will be there.

WhiteBeard, I agree with everything you said. As far my home family, I 'll have to say the one thing I love about them is that they keep me going in the hard times.

Really all of you here are my family!, I have a sister that lives 2 or 3 hundred miles away, that I have not seen, heard, or spoken to in at least 4 or 5 years, some uncles and aunts and cousins the live a few hundred miles away, my one cousin and I, we E-mail a few times every couple of weeks. My family as I mentioned before has been my outlaws and that has come to an end. But to be honest few of them, NO! NO! NO! I will take that back! None of them absolutely none of them!, have been as kind, caring and concerned, and understanding of what I am going through, as all of you people right here! That is pure and simple fact and that's no exaggeration either! They don't understand or even care to understand about CP!

I now have two families; my extended family that I've grown up with, and my Healing Well famiy. The best thing about both is LOVE.
