Hey y'all sorry if I've not replied to posts, have had several doctor appointments this week
first endocrinologist is dropping my insurance, so I'm going to ask if I can get a discount then..
second had a reaction to lexapro with which I need to talk to the endocrinologist about...
thrid three doctors now want me to go see a rhemy doc and get a lip biopsey done
as I'm waking every two hours at night (due to sjogren's) so very very dry, my asthma has flaired three times on me
and I'm doing mouth rinses, drinking lots of water, eye drops and turing on an humidifier just to breathe and part
of the problem is the muscle relaxer cyclobenzaprine (flexril) so I've reduced that to one 5 mg
at night, which now helps almost zero....I've also stopped taking clarinex and astelin and my
allergies are a mess and got stuff going down the back of my throat again..oh woohoo eh...
my lower back is outta wack right now and tonight have to go out and get my daughter a 50's costume for her
choir performance on Friday...

smhair shakehead smhair
So I guess, I'll post back when I can and sure hope y'all are having a better week,
tc and lots of soft hugz
May you all get a low pain days and many of them......

Oh sweet Char!

I am so sorry that live if miserable for you right now. You certainly do not deserve all of this. I know there is nothing I can do physically to relieve your suffering but please know that I care very much that you get better. If long distance hugs and thoughts worked you'd be healed right this minute.

Hugs,

I am so sorry that you are feeling so lousy & having to deal with all these other issues! You are always one of the first to comfort me when I'm feeling lousy, I hope I can do the same for you. Please don't worry about responding to anyone's posts until you get your situation under control. Your health is more important! I wish there was something more that I could do, but please know that I am here for you, and I'm not going anywhere! I will keep you in my thoughts & prayers.

many hugs,
Skeye

Char,

You sound so miserable.  I am so sorry.  Please take good care and know that things will get better.  Until then, we will be here to support you.  Good luck and keep us posted!!!

Have you ever tried a neti pot?  It takes some getting used to, but I love it for allergies and sinus problems.  I live where it is very dry and it helps so much if I use that before going to bed.

Chartreux WOW I thought my husbands allergies were bad..... I just read him your post and he says he feels for you. I hope your allergies can get into check soon. Its hard enough to deal with so much then add allergies to that degree.

I will pray to the Jelly Bean God to relieve some of your distresssssss

Well, if it's dust that gets to you, definitely can't visit me! LOL Seriously, I hope things calm down (literally) once you're done cleaning. Have you got helpers?

Oh, I shouldn't say this but I found some green M&M's on sale in a little bin at CVS. Obviously from St. Patty's day but still didn't appear (or taste!!) expired. It's all in the past now. :-)

Why does everything happen at once!!! You poor baby, I really hope your allergies settle, is it diet related or weather? My friend has been put on an extreme diet for his allergies, no wine, beer, bread, peanuts, yeast... its the no bread that would kill me. What do you take for an asthma preventer? I'm on seretide. With a migraine as well, your body is definately telling you to stop and rest. I really hope you feel better soon, golitho

Chart,
I see that last night you were in bad shape. I'm so sorry to hear that. Did any of my prayers & hugs help at all today? Are you getting any relief yet? I wish there was something I could do to help you. Bring a gigantic supper vacume over to your house and suck all the dust away!!! I'm thinking about how awful it must be for you and praying that it will let up and give you some peace!!! Please let us know when ever you get a chance. Don't push it if you're not up to it. We'll still be here when you're feeling better!
Your Buddy,
Pete

(((((((((((Char)))))))))))))). I hope you're feeling a bit better today! I know my allergies have been bothering me, but mine aren't bad at all - just minor seasonal pollen allergies. I certainly feel for you though!

lots of hugs,
