Good day all!!

For those who may be new to our Koffee Klatch silliness...jump right on in and join the fun. Each day we take time to smile a bit and take our mind off of "_____" (I'm not supposed to say the "P" word...lol) Today's topic is:

Who's your favorite Muppet?

Wow, does that take me back. My kids loved the Muppets and still do. Hubby even has the 1st season on DVD. When son and family come over hubby and DIL watch Muppet Treasure Island and sing all of the songs right along with those furry little pirates...lol They are quite a sight! And when my kids were young they each took the identity of their favorite Muppet character. They called me cookie Monster...and they are about right too. But MY favorite is ANIMAL!... devil He's such a wild and naughty guy but such a sweetie under that collar and chain. smhair

Who is YOUR favorite of Jim Henson's Muppets?

GROVER!!!!! Grove is my maiden name and I used to work at a summer day camp. (I drove the bus for 12 summers in a row). It was a sports themed camp so the kids called us Coach (insert last name). I was Coach Grove. The kids were ages 6 - 12 and most were familiar with sesame street. They just naturally called me Coach Grover. That was nearly twenty years ago, I still have friends that call me Grover.

He often wore a cape and called himself Super Grover! So cute. (I am also fond of Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and his sidekick Beaker)

So hard to choose... I love the Muppets! Okay, I think I'd say cookie Monster, I love how he is so obsessed with cookies. Miss Piggy is funny too, she's so vain. When I was little though, I think Kermit was my favorite.

I'm also a fan of Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker (what scientist isn't?).

I think I'm in line with Skeye! Since I had two chocolate chip cookies with my Sub last night (and now, of course, I'm craving more as I write this) cookie Monster is on the brain. But I really have to say Miss Piggy has such, well, pizzazz. I don't think I can use the word I'm thinking of on the forum!! LOL She's so vain she probably thought that song was about her! (ok, bad, I know...)

Way to burst my bubble, Sam! turn Well, give me some credit, it was early in the morning & I was thinking of "the Muppet's Christmas Special" which included characters from Sesame Street, and I happen to love both. I guess I'll have to go with Miss Piggy, then.
