Stella Marie is joining us also as a moderator. If you don't know her yet then please do...it will be your treat. I've known Stella for a very long time and she's a beautiful example of grace in the face of misery. I have a lot to learn from her.

Believe in yourself.  Be kind to fellow humans and animals.  Take time to smell the flowers and the coffee.
And by all means, when you are down, ask me for help.  I will be there.

Hi Stella Marie:

I don't think we have had the pleasure of meeting directly, so I just wanted to say hello and congratulations and thank you for helping this site along as many of us would be so lost without it.

Hi StellaMarie,
Congratulations on your new position! If you are anything like our beloved Chutzie and the rest of the crew, we've got some terrific new mods to add to the ones we already know and love.

Thank you. Together we are stronger. Chronic Pain is one of the loneliest health issues. We suffer in silence. The nights can last for ever. The days even longer. It is nice to know that others understand what life is like for us. I have learned so much from others here at H-W.
