Welcome to Monday and our daily Koffee Klatch time! Do you really drink coffee when you sit down to visit the forum? Just a thought...lol
Many of us have problems with sleep. I'm personally have a hard time turning my brain off...it just keeps buzzing away keeping me awake. So I try to think of something happy, it refocuses my head and I most often doze off. It's hard some times but I can concentrate and do it. BUT these have to be happy thoughts. The last thing you or I need is something negative to think about
as we fall asleep.
I most often think of something hubby and I are planning to do. It can be as little as puttering outside with him doing chores or going on a trip, but I think and plan of times we spend together. Those are happy things that relax my goofy brain...lol What is the last happy thing you think about
before going to sleep? If you don’t have one then what would be a good one for you to use?
to head off to dream land
