HI guys.

I am back  from my few days away. Did alright overall. I went in a pool for 10 minutes followed by the hot tub. after that I was in severe pain, like I really made my body MAD! The beds at the hotel were hard as rocks. I woke up an 8 in pain from them. ouchy!

I went on a whale watch which is 4 hours long. The ocean was rough and it was a rough ride.

My knees blew up and I could hardly walk. I was smart enough to bring an icepack. It came in handy.

went to the beach today and enjoyed it.
hope you are all well and had pain free days.

hugs,
melissa

Hi Melissa, wow whale watching. Were they awesome? Such massive powerful creatures, well worth having sore knees over. But make sure you look after yourself now and give that body a chance to settle again, golitho

Melissa, I hope the time at the beach and whale watching was worth the ride. I know first hand that those boat rides can be rough and throw you around. Hope you are finding some rest.

Thanks

Hi Melissa,

I'm glad you're back! I hope you had a nice time on vacation! Whale watching is a lot of fun, but also very rough, so I can imagine that it was a tough trip for you. I hope it was worth it. I've only done it once & we didn't see very many whales, but it was still an amazing experience. I was hoping to catch one out of Boston next week, after I go to see the new PMS, but it looks like the last one of the day will leave before I can get over to the docks.

I hope you've recovered from your trip! Hotel beds are the worst!

Skeye
