i have not gone to bed and slept more than 5 hours in months, actually it is more like 2 years. anyway, after going to the doctor this week and getting some pain relief, every night i have slept a little bit better.

well, i slept 8 hours last night! i opened my eyes, thinking it had to be no later than 3 or 4 in the morning, AND IT WAS EIGHT THIRTY! you could have knocked me over with a feather.

i've spend so many nights the past few years, laying in bed, begging, pleading and wishing i coiuld actually fall asleep and stay asleep. it feels so strange to actually get a good nights sleep.

gee, i'm starting to feel normal again. wouldn't that be wonderful?

   Dear Jasper Dale,
Good morning! *huggs* That is just fantastic news! Sleep is always so hard to find when you are a chronic pain patient, its such a blessing when it finally comes. Hopefully, if this keeps up long term, you can some what "reset" your body each night. Just be careful not to over do it!
*warm huggs*

Jasper great to hear you had a good nights sleep, lets hope it keeps on being that way. I have my days & nights mixed up and have for over a year. I do not go to bed during the day time either. I am not a day time sleeper, never have been. What happens to me is if I sit down in a chair or on the sofa I nod off for a few minutes here & there.
