Believe it or not, I woke up for the first time in seven months this morning not having the crippling pain in my back! tongue
I was able to walk around work with no pain. I walked for an hour and a half up and down stairs all over a college campus with my niece after work. I go tired alot but no pain! smhair

However, it's now two hours later and I'm so stiff I can't move. mad

I really enjoyed my pain free day, no matter how short it was! turn

Wow, a pain free day. Even if it was just for a portion that is a major event. I am glad you were able to get out and enjoy it.

That is worth a celebration, even if you are a bit stiff tonight!

Cheers!

Oh, I enjoyed yesterday so much!
Today wasn't too bad either. I didn't start hurting until I got home from work today. :))

The only thing I'm doing differently is I'm taking a calcium suppliment. HMMMM?
Naw, it can't be that simple. Can it?
