Hi everyone..
My doc has been trying to get my insurance to approve of those fetnyl lolipops (Actiq) and liquid Roxicodone for emergency pain to avoid any ER visits, and my insurance has flat-out denied both and there is no way around it.  My insurance did recommend an alternative called Morphine Sulfate Solution liquid instead that they can cover.  Has anyone had experience with any of these, especially the morphine liquid?  I'm currently taking oxycodone 5mg tablets right now and the liquid morphine would be used on a 911 basis...
Just wondering how it compares to what he had originally wanted me on to this morphine.  Anyone can tell me their experiences with it? Strength.. time it takes to work?  taste?
thank you so much in advance!
oh and i can't stand insurance companies denying patients of meds they truly need!!  Ah!
