Ohhh I would take just the lep and back pain compared to this!  My back hurts, which I have been dealing with 9 years and expect to have to deal with it for the rest of my life.  This is not really the main issue anyway.   The issue is more of the siatica and knee.  I am used to living with the leg pain but geeeez can I get a break by hurting anywhere else?  I hate this.  But once again I am going to the doctor on the 13th so we shall see what they say about the knee.
Anyway I can't hold my eyes open any more so I'm headed to bed for a bit.

Scarred, I know the feeling fo needing a break from the nagging, sharp and constant pain in the legs and feet. There are times my family geets freaked out when I beat my foot with my cane just to change the type of pain. I hope you get some relief and the the doctor is able to find some way to give you relief next week. Take care.

Hi Scarred...

I'm so sorry that your pain is making you miserable! (((((HUGE HUGS, GENTLE ONES)))))

I think we all have our 'down' times where we just can't take any more and ya know what??? It's perfectly fine too!! I mean, we have to live with pain 24/7 and we're supposed to be all hunky-dory and happy all the time? I don't think so! I've been in a non-stop whirlwind around here and I just can't seem to get off and take a rest. And of course you certainly know what that does to all of us...yep, more pain!

Try to relax and pamper yourself over the weekend. Let others take care of things that need doing and you just rest! Lots of warmth on those places that are the most painful. Try a nice warm bubble bath, a few wonderful candles lit and put on some soothing music. Ahhhh, doesn't that feel better already???...lol

Warmest hugs,
Play fair. Don't hit people. Say you're sorry when you hurt somebody.

I'd say "ditto" to Chutzie's advice (although I hope she follows it for herself!), and send you lots of healing hugs!

Thanks my friends! What great advice Chutzie! Last night I shut the door to the bathroom as tight as I could get it and did just exactly that. Boy talk about soothing! But now I am awake and its again irritating me once more. Gosh no rest for the CPer...if it doesn't hurt somewhere it hurts somewhere else. I'm really beginning to think that my knee is related to my back, cause it seems when my back is less painful so is the knee. I'm wondering if it isn't something due to the way I walk or something like that. But Tue will be the day I find out what is going on.

Will keep you all posted.

   Dear Scarred,
Good morning *warm huggs* I hope you are sleeping in right now and getting some much needed rest! I am terribly sorry your knee is bothering you on top of everything else going on! I hope you have a good doctor visit on Tuesday, and that it is something that can be treated right away! Try to relax as much as you can.

Exactly Crazycatlady! If you think about what the rest of our bodies have to endure to aleveate the pain or just stand it, is mind boggling. We try to balance our bodies to help our CP and really are only causing more pain somewhere else. Funny thing is......I haven't had any problems with my knees in 21 years!! Now all of a sudden its come back to bite me on the rear! I hate being in pain anywy and having another problem to top off my Back pain is really irritating.

Anyways I am so tired so I am going to take me a little nap. Have a wonderful pain free day and if you can't then I pray that it is lessened for each of you.
