Hi and hope your day is going great! Koffee Klatch today is a poll and comments to follow. Answer the poll, then post your comments as usual. It will be fun to see our results. The topic is shopping and what type of shopper you are. So here's the poll and my response.

Mostly I grocery shop because I have to. I Christmas shop online because I hate stores. I fun shop with hubby on vacation.

Short and sweet and that's not a personal comment. smilewinkgrin

Well Chutzie I usually don't have a list when I go grocery shopping I look for things on sale and if one is good two is better and if the sale is really good and the item is something I really like then 3 or 4 is best! Most of the time I always forget to get an item or two that I really need! I am a great one to try new food products, especially if it is snacks or something! How do you know if it is any good if you don't try it?
I also don't mind going shopping I used to go with my wife and when my father inlaw died this past summer, my youngest daughter took me shopping with her to get a outfit for her to wear to the funeral, and do you know I actually found the one on the rack that she ended up getting! I do just like to window shop though especially at christmas time!

I tend to do what I call kamikaze shopping. I know what I want before I even get to the store. Usually I try to stay on track so that I don't get stuck with a bunch of stuff in my cart that I don't really need and shouldn't be spending the money on anyway. The only thing that I really hate about here is that I've not been here long enough to remember what's on what isle so I can't write my list from one of the store to the other so that I'm not doublebacking.

As a woman I'm kinda strange cause I really don't like to shop. I get what I need and am ready to get outta there. If the store if playing music that I really don't like it makes it even worse. I think this is one of the reasons my husband loves me so much cause he doesn't like to shop either.

I USED to love to shop, every Saturday it was off to the Mall with my 2 girls, didn't really buy much but we loved to window shop and eat lunch!

Now its a chore to go to the Grocery Store but I do still enjoy it!  No list for me, even though my memory isn't what it used to be I still get everything I need and not much more!

Not a big fan of shopping. I usually avoid it unless I really really need/want something & even grocery shopping I tend to put off as long as possible (except when I run out of fruit or chocolate -- can't live without that!).

I don't like to shop or try things on. I make a list when I head to the grocery store or I'll come out with everything that I didn't go in for. We get sale ads on Wed night and start making the list after the ads come out. If I have to try something on I usually buy it, bring it home and try it, if it fits then yippee and if it doesn't I'll take it back.

Your post reminded me of when my daughters were young and at home. We would often go to the Mall and mostly just window shop,  allot of times I would encourage them to try some things on as usually allot of the stores had chairs for the men and the husbands to sit down on as the ladies were trying out stuff, that always gave me a little time to relax and regain renew my strength to continue on! My youngest daughter says  most men including her husband do not like to go shopping like that, I don't know I think of it as a way find out their likes and dislikes and it makes it easier for me to be able to pick out and buy things for them that they will like and not having to put up a front pretending that they like it but yet end up taking it back. It is more fun to be able to give a person something that they really truely like and appreciate, and the only way of really doing that, ( as far as I know) is to know how they shop and what they look for and  and all of that!  And who knows if your really lucky you might even be able to get them to walk through the hardware department and look at tools and gadgets that I really like, and maybe hope to get as a gift sometime.  There can be allot to be said for shopping!  Just window shopping can be cheap entertainment and a way to spend time together!  And if your talking with one another it can be quality time at that!

Just my ramblings!
