Well yesterday got off to a bad start and just kept going downhill from there. First, I awake to the UPS guy knocking on the upstairs door (Even though they always bring it to the back door). It was our new visco elastic memory foam mattress (Trying this hoping that my wife & I will be able to sleep through the night for a change). However it was VERY VERY heavy, even with the UPS guy helping me. My legs were collapsing every step we climbed. On top of that, the cold weather brought on a bad asthma attack & I couldn't find my rescue inhaler. Finally after my doctor phoned in a prescription to CVS for a new rescue, I picked it up and eventually it passed. However, the excessive coughing and cold weather flared up my Brachial Plexus pain on my left shoulder/arm/hand REAL bad. I was so full of pain, I just wanted to get back into bed and go to sleep. But I had an appt with the pain clinic in less than an hour and I was almost out of my pain meds. So I kept my appt and got the prescriptions, but there was so much traffic (Christmas, I guess) it took a couple hours to get there and back. By this time, I was 1 BIG pain and climbed into bed, after taking my pain meds, and pained my way to sleep...Finally!
