Chutzie seems to be MIA (hopefully she is off getting some much needed R&R), so I thought I'd fill in.

Okay, so you all know how it goes (sorry Chutzie, my introduction is lousy, unlike your well-thought out explanation)...

We all live in different areas of the country (or some of us, outside the USA), so let's create a weather map! Describe today's weather. What is it doing outside your window? Is it snowing, raining, sunny, hot, cold, etc. etc. Be creative!

I'm going to leave my real answer for later because us southern New Englanders are about to be hit by a massive snow storm coming up from the mid-Atlantic, so it will be much more pretty outside in a matter of hours. Right now it is very gray and fairly cold (in the low 20's). They are predicting up to 15+ inches of snow here. I sure hope we get lots of snow. I'm home, don't have to go anywhere, and LOVE snow (although I might feel differently when I have to clean off my car tomorrow!). What's the weather like where you are?

I live on the west coast, so no big surprises here, lol, it is cloudy with a 100% chance of rain. On the up side, it is not to cold here, about 55* here, so there is my weather report.

Here in Ottawa Canada it is 5 degrees and sunny today. We have snow on the ground, none in the forcast. I should go for a wallk outside today.

5 degrees?! Brrr! It'll get that cold here in a few weeks, but 20's (with windchill in the low teens) sure feels cold enough to me!
We're just starting to see the first snow flakes of the storm here. They're still saying 16+ inches. :-)

Right at 30 degrees here in Central IL with a 16 degree windchill. Been this way all day. Had some very light snow/heavy flurries earlier, just enough to cover the ground but stopped by 3pm.

I never have to answer questions of weather with Privey here! I'm a Kansas Boy! :) She is right on the money with our forecast.
