Do you prefer to drink coffee or tea?...or something else to drink during the day??? Most of us have a preference for something warm and cold to drink. What's yours??

I go for a long time with one thing then change to something totally different for a few months or years, then just keep this up. Currently if I want a warm beverage I have an instant French Vanilla Cafe' or hot spice cider (sugar free). The cider is great warm also. As for the cold I rarely drink carbonated beverages any more but once in a while a diet orange crush is good, milk with supper and water otherwise. With hubby, 18 year old grandson and myself we can go through a lot of milk in one week. smhair

What's your beverage(s) of choice?

   Dear Chutz,

Don't tell ANYONE! But... I sneak in the coffee. My doctors don't want me drinking anything with caffiene for some reason. Really get fussy about it, but SHEESH! OooOOoo I do love a nice hot cup of coffee or an ice cold, tickle your nose soda pop!

....But of course like a good girl I normally drink lemonade, apple juice, or water rolleyes

Black Coffee with lots of sugar or sweetener! especially in the morning!

Ice tea or uncarbonated drink drinks during the day or evening!

Love hot spiced cider!

Love OJ and can drink it anytime with any meal!

I do not drink milk!, I cook with it, cheese and ice cream is fine, but when I gave up milk in 76 ( recommended by my doctor) my ulcers cleared up and headaches went away I was a big milk drinker back then!

Hate the taste of any and all Colas and I hate the feeling of Carbonination in my mouth, it bothers my ears!

Hmm....

I'm not supposed to be drinking caffeine or coffee because of my GI issues, and I've given up the caffeine but can't quite let go of ALL coffee, so I have a couple of cups a decaf during the day. I drink a lot of iced tea year round - just plain, no sugar or anything. Have recently taken to drinking the various juice and soy products that are kind of like smoothies, esp. like the blueberry and the mocha flavors! And I'm trying to drink some green tea in the evening, even though it's not my favorite.

I miss OJ but have to avoid citrus drinks now because of the acidity. :-(

I am a basic type of gal that drinks lots of water during the day. Occasionally I may have a coffee or hot chocolate but that isn't everyday. I also enjoy a diet coke once and awhile but again not daily just occasionally and I like fountain drinks from Sonic or mc D's rather than out of a bottle or can at home. I'm sort of boring but find that it keeps be hydrated better if I go that route.

I love one or two cups of coffee in the morning with half and half. Also, I'll have some orange juice, if I have bought it at the store.

Then it's water until the afternoon and I will have a diet coke, then more water.  Then with dinner, definitely, diet coke.  Water for the rest of the evening.

Believe in yourself.  Be kind to fellow humans and animals.  Take time to smell the flowers and the coffee.
And by all means, when you are down, ask me for help.  I will be there.
