feeling pretty good today ( had a bad week for those who saw) had one of those wonderful pj days :D things are all looking up, minus the nice scar im going to have on my arm from that nasty burn i got! i took everyones advice about my situation with my boyfriend and we had a nice night together last night, got some things off my chest and decided i have to just cherish moments and things i have, instead of worrying about whats going to happen! so thank you for everything everyone!

im on call tonight for working in the NICU at new bolton animal hospital, it's going to be my first time doing it if i go taking care of baby horses, im really excited for it. even if its from 11pm to 7am. then straight to school from 830am to 1130am, im hoping for a delay or cancellation!

i hope everyone had a great weekend!

Good luck. Please try and not over due it. Your schedule sounds like a tight one so try and pace yourself. Keep us all posted was the new position is like. Most of all, remember to take care of yourself first and foremost.

Hi Ashley,

I'm so glad you decided to post on the CP forum! And it's great to hear that you had a good day today, I wish I could say the same! It wasn't a really bad day painwise, just draining. I got into called to work early this morning for something that ended up being nothing much, but ate up half my day. Then I spent the rest of the day doing school work. I just called it quits, although I still have more to do. My eye can't take any more tonight. I'm just both mentally & physically exhausted. My dog had surgery yesterday & it was a very traumatizing day for me -- especially since he had a rough time coming out of the anesthesia. Now I kind of know what it is like to be a parent!! It's really tough!

Have fun tonight! I always like being on call. I guess that is a good thing since I'm on call every weekend Friday evening through Sunday afternoon/evening. I hope you get some interesting cases.

hugs,
Skeye

Ashley, I'm glad to hear your perspective of things in general are improving. Hope your appt goes well too. It's always better to keep your pain levels controlled, when it's not it seems to always linger in the back of your head.

Take care and hope your get some rest after working and school!
