. Some of you may remember me. Im the 20yr old needing a MIS TLIF. Still no word on when I will be having my surgery. After church today, I noticed my back grinds with every step I take. This can't be normal. Jeremy has been a huge help. As soon as we got home, he took me to his Lazyboy and told me to stay there. If I needed something, he would get it for me. I hope I haven't done more damage. I will be calling my doctor tomorrow and asking if I should be really concerned or not. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Age 20.......2 breaks in L5 and a 3mm forward slip of the vertebra. Severe pain in lower back with nerve pain down my left leg and into left foot. left foot numbness. Awaiting approval of a MIS TLIF. Currently taking Percocet, Flexeril, and Neurontin. Have had pt, 2 ESIs, 1 Sacral injection and 1 Sacral ligament injection. Very little pain relief.

Dodgegirl,

Sorry to hear that you are having a bad today! Hopefully you didn't do anything too bad!

I hope you are feeling a little better this evening! Try some ice or heat on your back. Maybe that will help.

hugs,
Skeye

Hello Dodge! Sounds like you are taking the right steps in calling your Dr tomorrow. Lets hope that, you are fine, and its not something serious. So you are having surgery? Will it be a fusion? From the looks of your signature, you are headed that way. My best to you! This is a great place to come and share. So share all you want.
