Hey everyone!  I hope your weekend is going better then mine is?  Last night I was in bed before 8pm!!!  Now this is not only toooo early for me but Shocking!!  I'm usually up until at least 9pm.  But last night I just did not feel well.  I was sick to my stomach and just feeling bad all over, so I went to bed.  Now I am awake at 3:00am and still feeling sick.

Hubby thinks its the flu.  I think its just exhaustion catching up with me, but I don't know.  I have been so careful as to not get sick cause I promised my mother-in-law that I would come see her this weekend.  But, I don't want to get her and hubby's dad sick.  That would be horrible!  So today I am just gonna lounge around and do absolutely nothing and see if I can't get to feeling better so that I can go over Sunday with hubby.

He is headed out this morning (much later from now) to scout for Turkey's.  So I will have the entire house to myself.  Ohhh, another thing, my pain is up again!  Uggg, I hate it when everything that I try and do still the pain stays at a constant 8.

Anyway, just had to vent.

Hugs

Oh Scarred, I'm so sorry you are feeling so badly! It is so upsetting to feel, at least for me, that I am letting someone else down. I've had my mother-in-law asking for us to come over many times, but I can't ever seem to get my pain and my time with her to mesh. Worse still, my hubby is an only child and my father-in-law passed in '05! Jeez, it makes me feel awful. So, it's either 4:05 am if you live in Central time and you haven't changed your clocks or 5:05 am if you have, but at any rate I hope you are getting some sleep by now. Does it concern you about going places like the grocery store and putting your hands on the basket thinking, what if the last person was sick or is it just me being OCD??? LOL! My point is that your husband could be right and you've picked up a bug. The thing that impresses me most is that you are taking care of yourself! That is the most important thing of all and that you would listen to your body and do what you need too, well that just shows how strong you are! I'm thinking of you and keeping you in my heart that you will get to feeling better and your pain level will go down soon. Take care and let us know how you are feeling.  Catz

Hey Catz4. So glad to hear from you this morning. Welp, nope I didn't get back to sleep and now I got my meds on board so maybe I can get some sleep. Hubby will be up soon and he is so quiet around the house when he knows I've had a horrible night. Ate some breakfast and that seemed to stay down okay, so maybe it was just a passing thing. Who knows, still feel a bit yucky so I think I will rest today.

Hugssss

Hi Scared,

I hope you are feeling a little better by now. The Swine Flu is here and my best friend has it....so I'm freaking out about the incubation period on that thing. I sure hope you are not coming down with anything and that you just ate something that didn't agree with you. That way, it will soon be gone and you will feel so much better!!

For now, I'll wish you a cozy heated blanket, a warm mug of your favorite beverage, and a soft pillow for your head.

Rest well my friend.

Hey Scarred,
I was thinking of you and hoping you are doing better this afternoon. It's been so long since I've slept through the night they run together! I'll bet you were wondering where my watch came from!!! LOL!! I was so off thinking it was Saturday night/Sunday morning instead of Saturday morning!! My kids were out of school Friday so it threw me all off and you were to kind to tell me I must be crazy! Take care and keep in touch. My thoughts will continue to be with you.

Hey all! Thanks for the kind thoughts, I really do appreciate it. Actually I started feeling better for awhile this afternoon and did some things around the house. But that was short lived as my pain came back and bit me in da butt! Complained to hubby and he snipped at me about not having the right meds, the right doc yadda yadda. I know he gets frustrated with me, but its not my fault and that is what I snapped at him back with.

He apologized a few minutes later telling me that its just so horrible to see me in such terrible pain and that sometimes he just has to vent as well. I can't be mad at him for it, I mean he trys so hard to take care of me and I'm in constant pain, which has to be hard to watch. He told me he's afraid that before I am 50 I'll be so bad that I won't be able to walk and end up in a wheelchair and I told him that if that happens it does, there is nothing we can do about it.

CP is one of those things that is hard to handle. Just another bad day in the life of me!

Hugs

Scarred
