  Dear Kimber,

Good morning *hugg* I am terribly sorry you cannot get to sleep. Honestly, with everything you have on your plate, if I were in your shoes I would have a hard time sleeping too. I know you don't have time for napps, but maybe tonight try to go to bed a little earlier. Maybe find a new book while you are running errands today? Most of all I'm sorry that you having to deal with everything and  worse without any sleep. I hope you can get all your errands done without any hassles.

*hugg*

Hi Kimber:

I'm sure your insomnia is from a combination of all that you have on your plate right now. Please be careful if you are the one driving to do your errands - if you can get someone else to do the driving, even better!

I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you, and hope that you are able to get some rest today! I wish you sweet dreams tonight.

Lorie
