Today is one of those days where things have been bad. My pain has been worse today and my depression is quite bad today. It hasn't been plain sailing today and first thing in the more i had to deal with things that had gone wrong. I haven't bee able to get myself out of the low mood today. Any suggestions i'm thinking of eating my body weight in chocolate but i don't want to be sick. sad

Hello Becky,

I'm sorry today has been such a bummer for you. I hope tonight will be an improvement.

We can all understand where you are right now and we're all right here with you. I had a visit with my crazy dr (as I affectionately call my psych) today and he made me feel so much better.

So many of the things that get us down can be lifted by a kind word or a kind gesture. I'm offering that to you now. I'm not much for hugs (except for my husband and child), but I can see that you need one and I'm offering one right now. You can even rest your head on my shoulder and cry for a while if you'd like.

Now, a warm bath, perhaps a small piece of chocolate, some loose, soft clothes and a great old movie are in order.

I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers today!

There is a song that I keep thinking of, by Bobby McFerrin "Don't worry be Happy" that song will often put a smile on my face. Its on You-Tube. Just a thought to hopefully cheer you up!
