Good morning everyone,
I've been thinking about my silly buddy Mikey lately. He's been gone for a while and I really miss all his compassionet posts! He was always there for everyone posting a caring note in his silly yet helpfull way. Mikey, if you read this, I miss you dude! I hope you're healing up and not in too much pain anymore from that rough surgery you had!!!
Your Brother,
Pete> Mr. Sillyman!

When I was young & stupid I broke almost every bone in my body and I'm paying a heavy price now but I'm still here and so glad to see my two sons grow up to be fine young men, both are in the Navy. I'm so proud!

Hello Peeps! I'm still struggling with my health, and we have had one thing after another go wrong with family members. (Wife included)
I just need a little more time away and hope to be back to support members here.

Dani, I deleted my FB account because of the news reports that they were selling or giving away your private information to several company's.
I wont stand for that, and also it is full if viruses, and my company won't let us use it anymore for that very reason. They just had to clean up a big mess on the computers
at work and traced it back to FB.

Pete, I miss you too, and you somehow make it into my daily conversations with the guys I work with, as they love to fish.
Dani, you are always a buddy! Period!

Thank you all for your concern, and I will make it back, but right now it is just not in the cards for me.
Chartreux, You hang in there as well! :)

I cant name everyone here, but I do miss you all!

And by all means, when you are down, ask me for help.  I will be there.

Mike,

Glad to hear you are hanging in there. When I saw you weren't on FB anymore I was concerned. Sorry to hear your family is struggling.  I hope things improve quickly!

Take Care!

I speak with Michael on a daily basis. He is hanging in there, but he is just struggling with his work days right now. He finds it a tough day to go through as it takes all his energy and once he gets home he is dead tired so therefore rests all evening. So he finds that his healing is taking longer than he would like it too. He also has other serious family health issues that he is having to deal with, so as you can imagine, at the end of the day he is dead tired.
He misses all of you dearly and continues to pray for all his HW friends.

I also keep in touch with Cathy Witt, Privey and she has been quite ill as of late with having lost a lot of weight. She has since gotten a hickman central line so that she is able to receive parenteral nutrition overnight at home.  In doing so, she has been able to put on enough weight that she is able to be up and about and feeling much better. She too misses her friends here on HW.

Hope this little update helps you if you were wondering how our two dear friends have been doing.

Chutz, you have been there for me for sure! One of my solid stepping stones in life. You are level headed and sensible to say the least. Even when I mess up you have a way to get the point across in a positive way. You all just make me want to cry like a silly little fool! I do miss the members here, and I promise I will be back soon to help support so many that need it.

Pete, my buddy...you have now enjoyed the pleasure of meeting a member of the HW family, and from my own experience, there is nothing quite like it. We have been friends with Privey and her husband for quite some time now, and have had several dinners together. The bond started with HW for which I'm very greatful, and a williness for both parties to reach out to each other.

You and Dani, will now have that special connection in life, that very few of us will ever experience. Meaning, the face to face meeting you had. Well shoot...I just remembered you and fatherjohn have met too...and I could clearly see the close friendship you both have here on the forum.

Hang in there, and I will be back to join the family again.

We do need prayers for my wife and her father, as they have serious health problems now.
