Loretta
Just a couple of suggestions that you might consider, are you depressed? allot times with depression you tend to sleep more, also, when you sleep at night, are you well rested when you get up? Any problems with waking up at night while sleeping? Need to use the bathroom allot during the night? wanting to take naps in the day? any snoring when you sleep. allot of people with sleep apnea, often want to sleep allot because they are not gettig good restful sleep when they do sleep, also I see you have diabetes, how has your blood sugars been? And last of all have you been doing any thing that has stressed you and wore you out to make you overly tired? I really think if it continues and it bothers you, then mabe a trip to the doctor is in order and get yourself checked out, maybe you got a bug or something! Excess fatigue and beeing tired and sleepy allot is a sign that something is going on, and it probably would be best to get yourself checked over by a Doctor!

Good Luck to You!

I wish I had answers for you, but I have no idea. WhiteBeard seems to have a great wealth of knowledge in this area. He has certainly given some good advice.

Loretta -

Wow - everyone covered everything :) Medication side effects, thyroid, depression, sleep apnea - all covered! I agree, though, it's probably a good thing to see your doctor if this is becoming a more consistent thing. Let us know what happens.

But I'm glad to hear your pain is down some. I pray it continues for you... Take good care --Tina

   Dear Loretta,

Good afternoon *warm huggs* It is so good to hear from you. Though I am so sorry your sleep cycle is going crazy. It has got to be frustraiting you to no end right now. Probably the last thing you needed to deal with on top of everything else. How are you feeling today? How is your pain level during these last few days?

You know when I read your post it got me thinking. I wonder if your sleep cycle isnt being interrupted? I wonder if you arnt being woken up frequenlty or not achieving REM sleep? Are you still having the "triedness" all day? I wonder if when you stop by your doctors if you could mention a sleep study? That could get to the root of the problem quickly.

Reguardless what you decided keep us updated. Try hard to take it easy too. Tiredness can make your days very diffacult. Hopefully, the doctor can get to the root of the problem quickly. You are in our hearts and prayers here. Stay strong!
*hugg*
