Hey everyone I just wanted to let you know I have heard from chutzie, and she is doing alright, she is just taking a little extended break ( which I think she more than deserves, with all that she has done for all of us here on the forum!) anyway she says, she will be back soon!

I miss you Chutzie, but just enjoy your time and relax and get recharged, we all need that now and then!

Thanks all for the lovely wishes. Every once in a while my head needs a rest. I think we all get that way from time to time. I do apologize for not getting on here and letting everyone know that I was OK but when I'm hurting I hide...just that simple.

We're headed to the beach Wednesday for a few days of rest and I know that always brings me back from the 'pit' I'm in. Only problem is I have to come back home...lol Just kidding.

I do love you all like my family!

Enjoy the beach Chutz and we're here for you when you're ready to come back.

Lets hope it brings you some much deserved peace and rest and calm and creates some lovely memories for you.

I always use the sea or waves crashing in my visualisations to help wth pain and sleep and all that. Something very healing with the sea or maybe its just water.

Anyway, enjoy, best best wishes, golitho
