Well it is another beautiful monday morning! Though I would love nothing more than to turn off the alarm and crawl back into bed...... it is monday. There are tasks to complete, jobs to do and appointments that need to be kept.
Often times we are so busy supporting others that we often forget to update about
ourselves. So, before we get too wrapped up in starting out the week... please, stop by and let us know how you are doing. Even if you are in alot of pain or not in much pain, give us an update. We want to know how you are doing.
What are your major planns for the week? How are you feeling & what has your pain scale been like over the weekend?
TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood

I'm posting tonight, because I don't know what tomorrow will bring.. and if I'll get a chance to get on here.
I'm 28+ weeks pregnant w/ the girls; have to travel 2x per week now to UCSF for monitoring, ultrasounds and dr. appointments. The girls are doing well - they estimate they are both almost 2 1/2 pounds - which is great weight for twins.
My pain is still sky high. I can no longer hand-write anything, because I cannot grip anything due to my carpal tunnel. The back pain is unbelievable. And on and on I could go! Being on bedrest does nothing but add to the pain issues, too. I'm surviving, though, just barely :)
Getting ready - on many levels - for school to start for the boys. I teach three of them at home (6th, 9th and 10th) and am trying to get on top of all of the curriculum. My 10th grader will be taking a couple of classes at the Jr. College here, so trying to get him registered for that and so forth. I used to teach them all but, due to my health issues, the younger three were in school last year (and, again, this year).
all that's going on this week. Pretty much the same old stuff! I can't believe it's already August 1st... thank goodness! The time cannot go fast enough for me now.
Praying that all of you are doing the best possible.... and look forward to reading all of your updates, too. Take good care --Tina
Main Health Issues: Dysautonomia/POTS; CFS/Fibro; Chronic Pain (back issues, migraines, carpal tunnel, among other things); Chronic Hypertension; Hypothyroidism and Hypoadrenalism; Mixed Sleep Apnea (on BiPap); Depression/Anxiety; Vitamin D Deficiency.
MAJOR surprise - Pregnant, w/ twin little girls (after six boys). Due Sept, 2010. Praying they are healthy. YES, you can have chronic pain AND have a successful pregnancy - not easy, but it can be done. :)

I had to go to the dentist today because about
a week ago, got a piece of popcorn Kernal stuck in a tooth
and it went into my gums and the dentist removed it for me this morning, I was swelling, so he got
that. On Wednesday I go to my rheumy will see his np and getting results from my hand mri and
I go and get my haircut tomorrow, Tuesday hopefully without much pain..
Good news is that I have my b-12 up from 168 to 512, but the side effects of getting the b-12
are eating at me (literally horrible and I'm feeling sick)...
I'm glad Dani is back with the Koffee Katch, I had only a few other ideas
for that, so Dani just give me a heads up when you need a fill in....but stay well for awhile...
