Sometimes it's just hard to get in gear on Mondays but we still need to get up and get moving. People with fibromyalgia and arthritis pain must keep moving or the pain only increases. Others with more injury-based pain may not be allowed to exert as much as they like. All of us, no matter what causes our pain, could use some kind and encouraging words to kindle a bit of long-desired energy in us.

Ever wish there was a magic pill or button that would bring you inspiration, enthusiasm and drive? OK, let's not get too carried away here and rupture something... shocked turn Often we receive and send emails that include words or greetings of cheer and encouragement. A few well chosen words can touch our heart and remind us that the rest of the world is out there still and that we are remembered by our friends.

So, what inspirational phrase or saying is a favorite of yours? Is there a motivational quote that has special meaning to you? What is it?

I tend to gravitate towards ones that are either straight forward or syrupy sweet. smhair I have a few that I especially like or maybe that's a few people whom I like for their thoughts and ideas.

“When one man, for whatever reason, has the opportunity to lead an extraordinary life, he has no right to keep it to himself.” by Jacques Cousteau

“Only a life lived for others is a life worth while.”

“If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough” both by Albert Einstein

and a couple by Winston Churchill:

“History will be kind to me for I intend to write it”

“My most brilliant achievement was my ability to be able to persuade my wife to marry me.”

and of course his most famous one...lol

“Lady Nancy Astor: Winston, if you were my husband, I'd poison your tea.
Churchill: Nancy, if I were your husband, I'd drink it.”

What quotes are favorites of yours? They don't have to be by famous people nor even have a known author. It could be something you wrote yourself. What moves you and inspires you?

When the going gets tough, the tough get going!

If you want to tell your boss ( or anyone esle) to go to H***  then make sure you tell them in such a way that they will look forward to the trip and enjoy the stay while they are there! and if you can't tell them that in that way, then you just better not tell them at all!  I use to tell my troops that worked for me that when I was in the military!

And of course, the Golden Rule. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto YOU!"

Believe in yourself.  Be kind to fellow humans and animals.  Take time to smell the flowers and the coffee.
And by all means, when you are down, ask me for help.  I will be there.

"Dream as if you'll live forever.....Live as if you'll die today!"

Which kind of goes with Tim McGraw's song....."Live Like You Were Dying"

One of the best quote's that I like is from Lindaloos signature line!

It ment so much to me as I came out of surgery, and was one of the first post that I read.

"Believe in yourself.  Be kind to fellow humans and animals.  Take time to smell the flowers and the coffee.
And by all means, when you are down, ask me for help.  I will be there".

It is really rare that a person will offer this kind of unconditional help.

The last line, is what gave me the most comfort.

    Thank You Linda!

My three favourites are:

~ we are all wanderers on this earth...our hearts are filled with wonder and our souls are full of dreams ~

~ Ring the bells that still can ring, forget your perfect offering. There is a crack in everything, that's how the light shines through ~

~ the task ahead of you is never as great as the power within you ~
