Recent trip to rheumy

Hello Everyone,
 
I went back to my rheummy this past Friday. The bad news is he dx'd me with Lupus. The good news is its in remission.I go back in 3 months unless things change.  Susie

Oh Wow Susie, so sorry about this dx, I'm glad to hear it's in remission though and hopefully it'll stay that way for you. Best of wishes to you (ment in a good way). Lots and lots of Soft Hugz to you now and anytime you need them.

I'm so sorry about the diagnosis Susie! Just another autoimmune issue rearing its ugly head.

I have been having positive titers for Lupus for 2.5 years. GI and rheumy attributed it to Remicade. However, I've been off Remicade now and my titers are still positive.
Seeing my rheumy tomorrow and asking him outright about the possibilty I have Lupus. Not that i want to have it, but it sure would explain some of the other odd
things I have been encoumtering.
Moderator Crohn's Disease Forum
CD, Ankylosing Spondylitis, small fiber peripheral neuropathy, avascular necrosis, diffuse connective tissue disease, Sjogren's Syndrome ?

Oh Susie ,man you just can't get a break can you?I am so sorry that you now having to deal with Lupus on ntopo of the crohns and your other health problems.Susie if you want to talk you know that I am here for you any time day or night.
