Not exactly on your regime, but do take ER Morphine, Lortab for BT, Zanaflex, and Ambien CR. Have had past experience on Neurontin, the older cousin of Lyrica.

What exactly are your issues?

Greetings

I am using lots of morphine as it has been the med the pain management Dr's presribed, trying Lyrica to lower the dosage of the morphine as I feel I just keep going to higher and higher doses, currently 45mg ER every 8 hours & 15mg Imrel every 4-6 hours, also some mild sleeping med. I just am getting scared as when will all this end and how high can I go with this regiment of opiates. yes there are parts of the day I can function, others that no matter what I throw at this pain work, I just suffer. Also I had issues when I had last colonoscopy as the pain meds during the proceedure were useless, I had to have an anestheiologist, just to get through. as I don't know anyone to compare my situation with, only I just found this website. if you don't mind what are the other pain meds you are using combined with the Morphine and how are they helping yourself, maybey I just need the right mix of meds, as so far this is just temp. as I feel even the Mophine is becoming useless. contemplating surgury again. I am a crohn's patiant, and my pain is the aftermath of many surgeries, thanks
