Went out for supper and had 2 paralyzers, I know I'm always preaching about how I avoid alcohol but it's new years so I said what the heck...guess I'll know later or tomorrow if it was worth it, right now it sure feels like it was god they tasted sooooooooo good!
I better be okay tomorrow because I'm planned a shopping trip with 2 of my sisters, one came up for the holidays from Naniamo BC and sh'es going back on Friday and we love to shop so I'm meeting them in the city and wil;l be doing the drive myslef so I hope to god I don't have to pull over to use my port-=o-pot, actually I'll be really happy if I don't crap my pants....ever agin for the rest of my life.
So there you all have it, have a very happy, safe and healthy new yr from here on out.

Back at ya! But I'm taking it easy tonight, myself. May watch the celebrations on the Tube. No booze for me.

Hey pb4!
Happy New Year to you too! Who knows, you may have just shocked your body into feeling fabulous.

I went to Vegas last month and forgot my Asacol and all my supplements. I was there for a whole week, eating everything and anything and staying up till the wee hours on the one arm bandits...smoking up a storm and drinking coffee, etc. No alcohol, though. I felt great the whole week.

Once I got home and back into my routine I still felt okay, but not as good as when I was in Vegas. I think I had shocked my system into feeling good. I don't think my system knew what hit it. Probably won't do it again real soon, but it was fun.

Thanks everyone!!!

We had a great time and those paralyzers were definitely worth it, they tasted great and I had no ill effects, so far, from them...shopping was a blast today, only had to use the bathroom once at the mall.

Happy new year to you all, I hope it was great and will be a great year for everyone.
