Hey squattie thanks for asking!!! I just got back from a great day of shopping with my sisters and didn't feel any worse than usual, infact I had a pretty great day, I think I only went 3 times at home and once at the mall, and no accidents (which thankfully I havn't had in a long while now)...

I did pick up some liquid chlorophyll as someone at the UC forum mentioned it was great for rebuilding cells in the intesinal tract and therefore aids with D or C, it's suppose to help with normalizing bad tummies, so I'm gonna try it tomorrow, the guy at the healthfood store it's best to take it early in the day because apparently it will give loads of energy too, so I'm really excited about trying this.

I'll be sure to keep everyone posted on it too...

Thanks again for asking, and I hope you had a terrific new year as well?

:)

pb4.....Yes! Chlorophyll is great. I take it in capsule form. It definitely gives you more energy. It's one way to get in the minerals that veggies ordinarily would provide. I don't always eat as many veggies as I should, so I supplement with the green food powders. Oh yeah, they're also excellent for allergies (over time), but you have to take them on a consistent basis. Good for you girl! Glad you had a great day.

My new year started off a little strange. I tripped over one of my cats while coming down the stairs just after I woke up. Then I had a gulp of coffee too fast and it was too hot and I seared my throat. Then I immediately went outside for a smoke and it was still dark. I accidentally lit the filter and it went up like a torch and I inhaled god only know what...probably fiberglass. It went oh so well with the seared throat.

Used to be when you accidentally lit a filter it wouldn't really ignite....just stink and receed into the filter paper. Now, however they make them, they really torch up. Scarey! After all that my day went a whole lot better. LOL!

.....and don't be surprised if the chlorophyll gives you some gas initially. Hey, it's good stuff....and it always feels good to fart (dry that is).

LOL, well that sure doesn't sound like a very good start eh! Glad your day got better, got the worst of it out of the way...

Thanks for the warning about the gas and the cholorphyll, I'm quite anxious to try it, I hope I notice positive effects from it quickly, if I do notice improvements I will likely keep using it as part of my daily regime.

One tip about lighting the wrong end of a smoke is cutting the burnt part off, makes the filter alot shorter but at least you can still smoke it...I always hate when that happend to me.

Hey here's a tip for your throat, a tablespoon of honey will help take away the pain...if it still hurts give it a try, it'll help heal the inflammation from the burn.
