I think that everyone has at least one saying/motto that helps them get through the tough times. So what is yours?
I'll begin!
Mine is, when something goes wrong, you pick yourself up, dust yourself down, and move on!
It kinda just reminds me that life goes on and not to dwell on the things that go wrong...

Your a long time dead. (always a good motivator that one.)

"I refuse to go through life kicking and screaming"

Have you ever seen a kid in the grocery store being pulled by the arm by his Mom as he is kicking and screaming. Well I wont do that life is what it is. I will tackle it with my head held high and fight. God is on my side he is all I need.

I do some deep breathing and say "Breath out Pain, Breath in Love." Sounds kind of hippie-ih but it works.

I'm with Gumby, my saying is "this too shall pass", and it's gotten me thru some pretty rough times. A good friend told me that a few years ago when I was going thru a divorce, it was great advice then and still is.

Apparently my mom told my cousin once, "even if the rocks hurt your feet, if you don't stand you will float down the river!" The funny thing about this is that it was said in a literal manner, but I also see it as a way to remind myself that life can sometimes be difficult and painful, but if you do not find a way to deal with it or move on than life will take you away before you know it!
I am 21 years old and a senior in college. I have been diagnosed with crohn's since December 2006, and have had quite the time with it. I have tried numerous medications and am currently taking imuran, and remicade, along with a slew of vitamins and am just starting some supplements and a probiotic!

You only get one shot, do not miss your chance to blow
This opportunity comes once in a lifetime.....
