yeah
I had my colonoscopy this morning and the results were very good, my GI said that my numerous ulcers in colon have all healed, there's only one left unhealed and it's not very large...yea!!! And the inflammation is down too! This is huge news for me, I was pretty worried about the results and prepared for the worst but this is great news for me. I have been taking a combination of Humira and 6mg Entocort for about 4 months now and (for the most part) been feeling pretty good. To me, the colonoscopy results means that the Humira is doing it's job and is worth the sharp sting I endure every two weeks...haha.
Just had to share my good news with everyone!

I am terrified of taking Humira. We are trying other things first, but it is soo helpful to me to hear your good news. I love this forum for all of the support too. Congrats!

Grats, Marci, that's great news! How are your symptoms doing??

I just picked up my first dosage of Humira (four syringes) at the pharmacy tonight, but I don't get to actually use them until my Dr's appointment on Tuesday. They want to supervise the injection process, as well as watch for any allergic reactions. I'm so anxious to get started, I just want to drop trou and start jabbing, especially after hearing your results!
