I agree...get to the ER. Not having a diagnosis doesn't mean you are not in terrible pain and that you don't need urgent care. We are all going to worry until you go...so call someone right now!

Hey there, this is Kitt.........if no one is home with you and you don't have access for help from friends or family, then call 911, I suspect you may be reacting to your meds but you definitely need to get help now.

Trust me on this ok, just call 911 if you have no one to come help now.  NOW please.

they still treat you if you don't have insurance. plus, you can a) negotiate a lower price (hospitals would rather some money than no money) AND b) get set up on a payment plan. complications from whatever is wrong will be more expensive than getting it taken care of now. trust me.

you need to see someone if you can't put your PJ's on and can't type. And people have been nice, but now someone should just say it more plainly:

your language is concerning because you are clearly not coherent and you are being foolish by not demanding help from your family doctor. any doctor that does not want to commit malpractice would see you in their office immediately. go - get - help. please.

Huckleberrie I am with frankj. You can't continue to put this off, I think that something serious is going on and if you don't get it treated soon it could turn horribly wrong. Please, please go to the ER or to a urgent care clinic and get checked out. We are very worried about you. Maybe you could apply for emergency medicaid or something. Please go to the doctor!

Good Morning,
You go to the ER you will be seen, don't call, just go.  They are required by Law and God to see you and do a medical screening exam. They are not aloowed to ask for any monies up front.........so quit with the worrying and just go be seen before you end up in dire straights.

Everyone here agrees, we do not feel you are well and want you to go to the ER.  You cannot work if you cannot even get out the door.

Gentle Hugs and keep us posted. ((((((((((HUGS))))))))))

One other thing I realized. You wrote: "not sure how you all do it allk the time......" We don't do it all the time. It does NOT have to be like this. You should NOT be feeling like this. Something is wrong. Sure, we don't feel great sometimes, but I've never been to the point you seem to be at without getting medical attention. And when I did, there turned out to be something very wrong... that required surgery.

Just wanted to post that I am fine. Called the PCP this morning & they said to get to the ER. So we did. Got there at 9 am & left at 4:30. Ended up feeling so much better that I went out & ATE SOLID FOOD!!! I am burping & have heartburn but feel SO much better. I was so out of it this morning. Dehydrated again. And a migraine. (MIGRAINE!!! What's with that? I never get migraines, I didn't think.... But then he asked me if I would try a migraine medication, & I said I will try anything to get rid of this headache & they gave me Imitrex & he said that was only for migraines & it worked so it had to be a migraine. Crazy.) Low potassium, but they said it wasn't that bad. I thought my sugar was low like it used to get when I was a teenager, that's how I felt, really out of control, couldn't keep my head up & had a hard time moving. Dizzy. They filled me full of fluids & had blood tests, CT scan of my head & chest x-rays & urine tests. Everything was fine except potassium & fluid in my sinuses/ear (I have been telling them that for months & they keep saying it's fixed, but it's NOT! Now they see that on the CT scan. Jeez.) The thing is they treated me like a druggie or something, wanting to look at my teeth when they saw how much weight I have lost. Grrr. It makes me so mad to think about it. Well, that was the doctor. The nurses were really nice.

The thing is they don't have any info for me on what to do with this GI problem. No help in that regard. They told me I need to see my PCP tomorrow or as soon as possible & that I need to try to push to get with my GI quicker.

So that's it. All day, and I still don't know anything. What I don't understand is why they wanted to put me on Allegra-D AGAIN for this sinus problem when I already tried that & it didn't work. They put me on another antibiotic, too. I just got done taking one Monday. It's crazy to take another. I can't figure it out. I am still confused, but at least I feel more together.

Thanks to you all for being so sweet.

I saw your posts, and I'm very glad you're feeling a little better. about that antibiotic, they are probably giving you a different one because the first one didn't work (since you still have a sinus infection after all these months). Sinus infections can be really tricky, and it's not uncommon to not respond to one antibiotic and have to try another. If you don't notice improvement with the new antibiotic, let your primary care doctor know, so that he or she can work with you to find an antibiotic that does work (or refer you to an ENT if you need additional workup).

Hope you get the GI stuff sorted out soon.

The funny thing with the "Sinusitis" is that I only have had problems with fluid that I can hear & sometimes I wonder if the dizziness/off-balance stuff comes from that. But then they look at my ears & tell me it's fine. But then the CT shows it. But the doc looked in my ears & didn't see anything but said it showed up on the CT so it must've been there. And I don't have a runny nose or anything. No cold symptoms. I don't think I am going to take the antibiotics & allegra-D. I am taking enough meds & am tired of them all. Besides, they never work, and the fluid always comes back so I am just going to let it be. It is what it is. I don't care if I hear fluid anyway. I am much more worried about the weight loss & how horrid I feel all the time. But no one wants to help me on that.
