HA! I used to drink goat's milk for awhile. I didn't like it all that much at first, but it grew on me. (kind of the same way wine did ;) ) Maybe try it in some cereal, that way you have some other taste with it, and you can get used to it slowly. And keep in mind while you're drinking it that you're doing something good for yourself!

yeah, i didnt care for it much either. you dont notice it in a latte or smoothie. i've moved on to plain yogurt in my cereal instead of milk. i like that much better. goat's milk yogurt and milk were an acquired taste for me. the cheese is much better. once your taste buds change it will be much more tolerable.

I didn't mind it, although I used to eat it with cereal, way back when I used to eat it.

yeah  Yeah Goat's Milk!
Love the stuff. I was raised on it. However, I don't drink any milk anymore except rice milk. But goat's milk was my favorite. I'm not too crazy about goat meat, though.

I have just started the makers diet, and have found that I love Goat's milk cheese!
It's so good, and so versatile! I have it crubmled on salads, melted on salmon, stirred into beef stock to make a creamy soup....
I'm really having a good time on the Makers diet so far. It's much less restrictive than I thought, and I love knowing that everything I eat is healthy! The only thing i kinda miss so far is cookies and chocolate and candy...but, the yummy healthy food makes up for it. I'm looking forward to phase II!

I like goat yogurt and cheese. I don't mind the goaty flavour in the cheese and yogurt. The milk is iffy because each batch can taste more or less "goaty".

I went to Scotland many years ago when I was 15 with our grade 11 class. They fed us goat's milk and mutton stew, (with kidneys). I wasn't impressed. Couldn't quite get it all down and would have to be really hard pressed to try it again.
God Bless those of you who can drink it.

I find the first few servings out of the container are ok but it seems to age quite quickly and develops a tangy taste to it. I've tried it several times and I've always ending up throwing out the quart about half way through it. I agree, Rice Dream is great.
