I think that the best weapon that one can having in fighting this disease is knowledge.  For nearly the past 4 years, I have been receiving my Remicade infusions every 4 weeks.  Other than the painkillers and steroids, it was the first major medication that I was placed on after being diagnosed.  I made it a point to understand and research everything that I could about both Remicade and Crohn's disease.  It is through this research, that I have gained both faith and trust in my doctors.

I did, but like everything else, I forget and constantly have to go back and review it.
