Welcome back from one glorious resection I am sure. I had mine about 6 weeks so I know how you feel! All I can say is seriously take it easy and even if you feel better don't push it. Meaning lay around and enjoy the time you have and watch movies, and read books. Looking back I wish I would have just takin it easy, but I am still payin for it. I am not sure what you had resected, but dont be suprised if things pass on by quickly after you eat. Well I am glad that your back home, and hopefully feeling well! Rest up and take care!

I have been wondering where you've been! Sorry to hear you had to have surgery, but hope this will give you the relief you've been seeking. And hopefully a very long remission. Just think in about 6 weeks from now you might be able to enjoy a little more normal diet. Take care of yourself!

God Bless,
Gail *Nanners*

Hi Thanks for the replies and getting lots of rest. Obstructed and had TI and fistula's removed. Small intestine was getting pretty large. Sure feeling deflated now and much improved can finally get off the pred. so that's a whoot!! Surgery went great out in seven days not bad for a old girl over 50. Had epidural so no pain for 3 days and no pain meds after that. Feel very lucky to have had such a easy time of it. Getting staples out tomorrow .Was in the hospital for 11 days. Now eating like a pig and so very glad to be back and especially glad to be able to join you all again .My scope was very good .Talk more later. lol gail

What! I must have been under a rock somewhere! Sure missed you and hope the good news continues! I did send out the monkeys in search of you once, but I guess you were under the influence of the obstruction!
Hang in there girl and enjoy the rest!
