I actually like Ensure, but would like something that was lower calorie.  I saw the Brady Quinn commercial for this sports protein supplement.  Anyone try it?  how does it taste?  I am going to check out the claorie and protein counts again, but was thinking of it as an option for those no solid food days.  Want to try it before I "have to have" something.

I was thinking about it too. I saw it in the store the other day. It was a tiny bottle and expensive. I don't remember exactly how much, but my Yankee upbringing said TOO much for the size of the bottle. It also was a convenience store so the price may have been jacked way up. I will be interested to hear what you think of it.

I posted it on FitzyK23's post about what to eat.....

I usually drink one for breakfast. They aren't cheap....but worth it I think......here is the nutrition facts...

This is for the EAS AdvantEDGE carb control (they have one that isn't carb control)

110 calories
3 fat
540 potassium
4 carbs
2 fiber
17 protein
and numerous others viamins that are around 20%, some are 40%

I get the premixed drinks, so the powder might be cheaper....i haven't looked into that or even if they have it like that. I get it at Wal-Mart.

Thanks CMomx2!  i will check out the costs here.  If it is a lost more than Ensure, I may stick with that.  The fat and calories are better though.  I'm a fat Crohnnie, so I always try to keep the calories down on the supplements.  Oh if only Ensure will sell their light version again!
