In the last few monthes I have noticed my stomach getting much more noisier then normal, before it used to never grumble unless hungry and now it grumbles wether hungry or not (I know some noises are signs of good digestion but this is WAY more then the normal)...last month before Christmas I had a day I was fine and when I ate I started getting pain and by the end of the day I was in the ER for the pain, vomitting and everything (ended up getting iv food, morphine, gravol and buscapan (however its spelled))and all the tests came back saying nothing (blood, urine, xrays and ultrasound)...now the gastro who looked at me that day refused to believe it was my crohns because my pain was left sided and my crohns is in the ileum on the right side..BUT I have read others on here saying they get the exact same thing and I read a term for it too, so I don't know why this doctor seemed to not believe it possible (and he said crohns NEVER just SUDDENLY appears in a day like mine did, which I also HIGHLY doubted, so I wasn't happy)......after this trip that figured out nothing I went home, had to take painkillers for a few days and hope it went away (the grumbling never did)...it did mostly til this week when again I went with my mom, husband and myself to dinner and again, BAD pain, constipation, and by the next afternoon I was basically puking my guts out for a day straight, not even water could sit (I'd wonder if it was ever food reactions but nothing I ate either of these days was anything I could never take before, it was all very normal stuff for me to be eating) and then my stomach always had a huge burst of pain then the grumbles would start and go away and all over again in that order, bad pain then grumbles....I've read of stomach pains and gurgling meaning strictures and all but I don't even know what to do anymore when this randomly keeps happening...and tests are showing nothing.  (I do also have what the doc thought was a cyst inbetween my vaginal/anal area over a year ago and when it started draining she figured it would go away, but now its been a year and its still draining so she figures its now a fistula and I don't know if that could link to anything else thats been going on)
ANY advice on ANY of this???  Since gastros don't even want to believe its my crohns.

Hi I just had surgery done for a very small stricture. I had very bad gurgling for weeks before I had the surgery. It sounded like a water fall in there and was having pain. X-Ray and a CT scan showed the problem I feel great now and finally can have BM's I had bad D for awhile. Hope you find out what is going on with you. lol gail

yeah I hope so too, I'm going to talk to my regular doc today since these random days of horrible vomitting aren't something I want to have to take....then maybe I can get hooked up to the gastro.
26 year old, married. Diagnosed with Crohns at 17, suspected of having for at least a year or so before that.  Alot of Crohns in my family history.  No surgeries yet. Taking Entocort.  Possible Fistula.
