I'm in remission but still have times when I'm totally exhausted. This week I feel great but for a couple of months I would come home from work and just crash. I think it has more to do with the disease itself and not meds. I'm only on pentasa. My suggestion is to get the rest you body says you need. I know that is harder when you have young children. I'm lucky that mine are older and I don't have to keep an eye on them all the time.
Listen to your body. It is telling you it needs rest. If you push yourself it just gets worse. I learned that the hard way. Before I was diagnosed I was babysitting my two grandchildren, homeschooling my teenager and working full time. I ended up in the hospital.
