I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease 6 years ago.  I am currently working on my PhD in psychology at California School of Professional Psychology and conducting my dissertation on chronic illness, prednisone use and self-esteem.  If you are over 18 and diagnosed with a chronic illness, I would really appreciated it if you filled out my survey.  The link to the survey is below. Completed surveys will be entered into a drawing for a gift card.  Thanks so much for your help!
I removed your link to the survey.  Please contact the administration for permission to post a survey.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.
