Alrighty here is the latest on my guts:

My GI took me off of Reglan, Colestid, and Levsin to see if those are maybe makin me feel sick...but I am thinkin that they're not because I have not taken them that much

I have a pelvic/abdominal CT on friday...I hate these so much! This will be my 7th one in 5 months...uugh

I am doing a pill endoscopy in 10-14 days or so to check out the guts

If Remicade doesn't kick in after a few days she wants to switch to Humira...noooo
but if it does kick in (which it will...I know it) I will probably get a port since I am such a hard stick these days.

Pretty much just feel sooo fatigued, and have zero energy. I literally have not gone to classes on a regular basis this term because it makes me so exhausted and I end up feeling like crap. I hate it!

So far my scopes have looked good, but I think that this could be a combination of all of my medical issues...no spleen, gallbladder, appendix, some ileum gone, ileocecal valve gone....hemolytic anemia, iron deficient anemia..my body is just messed up and confused. I'm ready to be a 23 year old college student and spend my life outside of my room.

Thanks for letting me vent...

If I could come give you a hug I would! But I love your positive attitude! You just need to hang in there until they figure out a combo of things that work for you and then you will be back on your feet. It takes time and sometimes it feels like you will never feel better, but you will. ((((hugs))))

TW123-were you on remicade before getting on Humira? Remicade doesn't seem to be doing the trick for me so I think my doc may put me on humira. Any info you have would be great!

Hi I am taking B-12 injections once a month now and having to keep a good vitamin intake because of my TI resection. At least the Humira would get rid of the IV thing for you. Why so mant CT's it is alot . Hope you get things going better soon. Hopefully you"ll get some energy going soon and be able to enjoy life . I finally feel good after my surgery it has been 5 weeks now and my bowels have been great it is such a relief to have no pain or D. A person enjoys life soo much more without the pain and D so I am having a much better quality of life now . Keep in touch and let us know how things are going. lol gail
