How are we going with the diet and health resolutions we made in December?

Ivy, looking forward to being inspired yeah

i am doing well. didnt finish redoing the makers diet cos i got super sick half way in - bronchitis, then the flu, then a gnarly cold. i was wiped out for over 2 weeks. it sucked. other than though i am doing well. started tai chi again. doing some surfing. still feeling good. the anemia mystery of last year seems to be gone - i attribute it to stopping the 6-mp. been off meds since oct 31, 2007, so for a total of 4 months. and i got some new avenues to investigate, like metabolic typing and the acid/alkalinity connection. so things are good but who knows if you are truly ever "out of the woods", but i'll take what i can get when i can and thank God for these blessings.

I'm sorry you've been sick, Harry.

My resolve has weakened because I've had a very wobbly gut, and I'm using white potatoes again. However, I'm still using less sugar and am avoiding ice cream and chocolate, so I don't think I'm doing too badly. I'm still exercising most days and my weight seems to be stable, even if it isn't dropping. I suppose being stable is better than pudging up, and that's what I was doing before I cut back on sugar.

How is everyone else going? Fitzy, are you still on your special diet?

Ivy, planning to have a chocolate ice cream feast once Lent is over. :-P
