Although my daughter doesn't have Crohn's she did have that influenza bug about
2 weeks ago. She had high fever for nearly 6 days (she's 17). We kept her away from everyone, washed our hands diligently, used a lot of Lysol, and thankfully no one else in the family got it. (She now knows what it means to be quarantined!) We did not use Tamiflu. I hear mixed reviews on it. A close friend used it for her son who's 12, and he was sicker longer than my daughter. They felt it did not work.
I hadn't heard about
the negative reactions in Japan, though!
