I'm currently participating in a clinical trial for Cimzia. With the exception of recent arthritis problems, which I don't know if they are due to it being winter or if I'm starting to develop antibodies to the drug, it has worked great. I've been on it for right at a year now. I had allergic reactions to Remicade but have had no reactions other than injection site reactions. Out of all the patients in the trial at the hospital where I'm doing it, I've had the worst reaction out of everyone and that was a whelp at the injection site for a few days. Originally, I heard the drug was supposed to be available on the market in Spring 2008 but, the FDA is requiring additional trials, so it may be another year or two. Additional trials have been requested, supposedly, because of a technicality with the length of the induction period being longer than what is was originally reported. So, they are questioning how quickly the drug is effective but not the safety or effectiveness of it, from what I've read. Don't know anything about the other drug you listed.
