Boy what a weekend I have had.  I didn't have surgery and learned that my bowels were in an uproar because my mid to distal ileum were telescoped into another about 10 cm long.  The weird things is they said it was an obstruction but for  2 weeks now I have had diarrhea and no vomiting or nauseau just burning.  I was still going so that is weird.  They think it  has undone but aren't sure.  They sent me home because I don't have pain with eating or burning.  I do have alot alot of watery diarrhea and pressure and fullness under my ribs. What the heck is that???  They plan to do another enterography later on in the week because they think it will still be inflamed from the telescoping and they want to give it time to calm down and see what was the lead point or cause of the telescoping. Has anyone had this??  I asked what types of lead points there were and they told me tumors, enlarged lymph nodes, masses, inflammation from crohns. Surgeon doesn't think it is crohns. He wants to do a patent capsule followed by the real capsule endoscopy following the cat scan enterography.  I am very worried about all this. Since this is so far up they want to look past my ti.  Does anyone know or have experience with this.  I am a mess.  Not to mention that I was paranoid about getting c.diff again.  Luckily I didn't have antibiotics.
Thanks for all your support and help

Yep, I've had an intersussception, they did more testing, but I guess it righted itself...

I must admit it threw me through a loop...

What kind of pain did you have with it. Mine started with a feeling of fullness and a little burning under my ribs and escalated each day. I did not have obstruction symptoms. How about you?  They never did a repeat cat scan as the surgeon said he thought it reverted  itself because I had no pain yesterday.  Now today I am eating again and it is starting up again.  Did you ever have intussuseption again?? How did you know it resolved??
