Hi Angiev....so sorry you're not feeling well. Yes, kefir is a fermented drink high in probiotics. I have no idea whether you will be able to tolerate it, but it seems it might be worth a try. All fermented foods (like kefir, high quality yogurt, cabbage, etc.) are recommended in the Maker's Diet. You are right, the probiotics can't hurt and just might help. You can also purchase probiotics in supplement form. Many folks here take them daily whether in remission or not.
