well this morning's remicade infusion went fine (next one is Apr 3).

hubby had his b 12 tested a few weeks ago, and it did come back fine, but I wonder if there is any harm in having him take some anyway???

also researching the pro-biotic route; are there any out there that are budget friendly?  we've seen the cost of VSL3 and the primal defense one....anything a bit less $$$ out there?  Preferably that one would only have to take once a day?

so we are just waiting and watching for any delayed signs of reaction at this point...

Learning can only happen when a child is interested.  If he's not interested, it's like throwing marshmallows at his head and calling it eating.  Make him interested!

b-12 won't hurt you if you take it in reasonable doses-say following the package directions but most people need to take it sublingually.
Trader Joes sells probiotics in pill form that are more budget friendly but they are not as effective as the ones in liquid/gell form.
Someone else will be along soon to give you better info on probiotics.

A really good probiotic that I use which is quite affordable is one called primadophilus reuteri made by natures way, only one/day is needed (many call for more/day and that gets expensive) it has guaranteed intestinal release, aids with high cholesterol and lactose intolerance issues as well, the only down-side is it must be kept cold at all times.

:)
My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it!  LOL  :)
