Well I guess things have gone pretty normal as far as this disease goes?

I'm tired of being sick I guess. I just had rotery cup (arm/shoulder). My spelling is still messy. I think it's going well.

I do have a question for any horse crazy crohn's people. Do any of you guy's ride?

I'm having a hard time remembering all this computor stuff. I have started riding again. I'm doing O.K. on my horse [who's just turned 30 years old] I am having trouble with a younger one. So far He's thrown me once. Lost balance due to arm once and just had him fall backwards on me last week.
So I have hit the ground 3times. The first time was the first in 17 years. I can't decide if I have lost the knack for it or is it thr horse?

And how many falls will the crohn's allow?

I shouldn't have been away so long but I think I needed a vacation so to speak from crohns and all that goes with it.

As soon as I think I have it all in control I realize just how wrong I am.

The biggest thing for me as far as foods go is that I started eating mangos. I just love them. I was going to try the avacoto[sp] this week. But it looks weird to me,

The riding [horses] has really helped my joint pain. Believe it or not. However if I keep falling of this blasted horse all I have gained may end.
He is a young hot head, who seems like he wants to please. I'm told it is the very nature of their breeding. He is a paso fino [sp]

I'll exchange some great mango recipies for any advice about this horse.

Been a help just visiting
thank you

I've been wondering about you! yp
48 y/o woman.  Diagnosed 4/06 after colonscopy, SBFT, CT-scan all showed crohns. 3 months later, after pred and remicade, all tests showed no crohns. December '06 had adhesions cut through a laparoscopy. Now taking Glycolax, Ultra Fiber Plus, Florastor, and DHEA. Have become gluten-free diet per naturopath's tests.
